Anyone can learn Reiki. Reiki is similar to “laying on of hands”. Reiki balances the energetic body thereby reducing stress and anxiety, balancing of the chakras, clearing the aura and much more can be achieved.
This class is a combination of lecture and hands on practice. You will learn hand positions for self treatment and for serving others. Japanese reiki techniques are covered. Reiki symbols are taught and much more. You will leave with a modality for life.

Intuitive Massage

Course Objectives: This course is for Licensed Massage therapists with or without Reiki training. There will be a discussion on the power of intention and what that means in everyday life and how it pertains to massage. Participants will learn about intuition and how we use it each day. There will be discovery of the dominant intuitive style and how to build our intuition and trust what is received. A discussion on chakras and how we can balance chakras for self and clients. Tools: crystals and pendulums will be used in class but are not necessary.

 This is a fun experiential class.

The pre-requisite is to come with an open mind, curiosity and a willingness to learn. There will be plenty of practice time for participants to feel the flow of energy and work with each other. You will improve the quality of your massages. Clients will notice the difference and rebook sessions. A bonus is the techniques you learn will be an adjunct in your everyday life.

Course Objectives: Pre-Requisite is level 1 Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation and healing. Simple yet powerful technique. It is universal Life energy that flows through the practitioner who is essentially the conduit. Level 2 builds on level one with an upgraded placement (attunement) and the use of symbols in a treatment along with new techniques. The class involves hands on, lecture, handouts and plenty of practice sessions to refine skills taught.

Learn Massage Techniques for Low Back Pain and Sciatica

Course Objectives: This course is designed to teach the Licensed Massage Therapist, ( LMT) various techniques to effectively massage and release the musculature often associated with low back and sciatic pain. There will be a review of anatomy, posture and simple biomechanics related to low back and sciatic pain. The participants will also learn and review how to safely stretch their clients during a massage and self-care techniques. The LMT will learn how posture and patterns can lead to muscular restrictions and learn techniques to help clients break the pain cycle.
